CritBuns rocks the ICFF Designboom gift mart
Another ICFF* and successful Designboom gift mart is in the books. Thanks to Designboom for the invitation to participate, and to my excellent RISD assistants Ben Laramie and Molly Rosenburg for helping man the CritBuns table. The new, softer buns were a hit among passerby, who approached a with a puzzled look on their face, and left with a smile (and sometimes a cushion). We eventually sold out of buns; someone even bought the demo. For those who got there too late, you can obtain a pair online at www.critbuns.com. See you next year!
*ICFF stands for the International Contemporary Furniture Fair and happens every May in New York City. It is the superbowl of design in the US, where designers young and old debut new and interesting products.
